Wellbeing & Confidence-Building Program to Help you Set Boundries, Prioritise What Truly Matters & Become Who You Truly Are
The Problem…
The world has changed.
Feeling stuck, flat or a bit ‘meh’?
Do you feel like you’ve lost your mojo?
Perhaps you feel like you’ve lost your confidence or never really had it to begin with!
Many people are emerging from the pandemic years feeling different to the person they were before.
Maybe you are simply feeling a little demotivated, stuck and stagnant and know you need to shake things up and challenge yourself!
Psychology has a term for this: languishing.
Often, when building confidence, the advice is to fake it until you make it. Or act as if.
Unfortunately, there is too much focus on how confidence looks rather than the inner experience of confidence.
Advice based on what we look like or how we hold our bodies can be helpful up to a point. But what happens when we we’re not wearing our stillettos or powerposing?
These strategies are helpful in the short-term but until we truly know and accept ourselves, all attempts at confidence-building are doomed to be short-lived band aid-style interventions.
Real self-confidence is built on knowledge of ourselves, unconditional self-acceptance and alignment with our values and priorities.
“As I accept myself more fully, I become more creative, more spontaneous, more innovative, more adventurous, more interested in life.” – Carl Rogers
Introducing
Authenic, Aligned & Empowered
Wellbeing & Confidence-Building Coaching Program for Women
Confidence-building is an inside job and it starts with self-connection.
The secret to building confidence and creating a life of meaning and fulfilment is to connect with and fully accept ourselves.
The antidote to languishing and the secret to creating more happiness, ease and fulfilment is to get to know ourselves deeply (self-awareness), accept and love ourselves (warts and all) and make decisions that align with who really are (self-alignment).
This program is inspired by the work of Kristine Klussman and her model of Self-Connection (Klussman et al., 2022) which is based on three elements:
Self-Awareness
Recognising and understanding one’s thoughts, feelings, values and behaviours to gain a clear understanding of oneself.
Self-Acceptance
Embracing and accepting all aspects of oneself, including strengths, weaknesses and imperfections, without judgment.
Self-Alignment
Aligning one’s actions, beliefs, and values with their true self, leading to purposeful living and a sense of fulfillment.

Content & Topics Covered
Connecting To Our True Selves
This theme is at the heart of this program. Discover the two major obstacles which hinder authenticity and self-acceptance. Participants will increase their self-awareness and self-appreciation. They will also begin to dismantle belief systems which have enabled them to judge and deny their parts of themselves. We will also look at how self-connection theory and self-compassion can be an antidote to disconnection and a grounding source of inner confidence, wholeness and authenticity.
Connecting With Meaning & Pupose
Connect with what’s most important to you. Identify your north star. This theme is based on the latest science of wellbeing which emphasises the importance of meaning to living a fulfilling life. Step by step, you will be guided to identify your core values and amplify your intrinsic motivation. Discover who you are when at your best and identifying sources of meaning in your life. The final step is to get laser-focused by aligning your values with your priorities to set and achieve some personal goals.
Makeover Your Mindset
Our inner critic (and self-criticism) is often the invisible hand in undermining our self-confidence. It is vital we understand the anatomy of the critic if we are to work alongside it. Overcome limiting beliefs and uplevel your thinking through cognitive reappraisal and compassion-based tools.
Setting Healthy Boundaries, Practising Assertive & Positive Communication Skills
This theme comprehensively covers a topic I hear women expressing a need for support with alot! Our relationships can be the source of our greatest joy and our greatest challenge. Understand the various types of boundaries and where your unique challenges lie. Identify relationships that matter to you. Learn context-specific strategies to empower you to say ‘no’ in a way that feels authentic to you. Learn research-based positive communication strategies to implement to improve your connection and create the fulfilling relationships you deserve.

What Clients Are Saying About Sarah’s Coaching
FAQs
“How long before I start seeing results?”
…and answers to other commonly asked questions:
I've never done group coaching before. What can I expect?
Lots of people on the program are in the same boat as you. After the inevitable nerves that precede the first session, it gets a lot easier- and enjoyable! Group coaching is interactive, semi-structured and dynamic. This is not an information-heavy program, but rather, the emphasis is on embodiment, practice and integration of the practices so that compassionate self-acceptance becomes a habit rather than a concept. You can expect to feel inspired and motivated by being part of such a supportive group of women, many of whom are feeling just like you do. The group is small, warm and collaborative and is the perfect environment to grow into yourself!
I’m wondering what the benefits of group coaching are compared to one-to-one coaching. Which will suit me best?
This particular form of personal development coaching lends itself very well to a group setting and a pre-determined curriculum. This is one of the reasons why the program was created- as a way of addressing common needs efficiently for a wider client group.
In group coaching, there are opportunities to learn, connect and gain personal insights which you would simply not get from a one-to-one context. If you are looking for a very tailored approach to your specific context, then this may not be the best option for you. On the other hand, if you are open to a collaborative learning experience, enjoy meaningful connection with others, are willing to grow individually while supporting each other for a fixed period of time, then this may be a great option for you.
I’m not sure that I will be able to attend all sessions. Will I still be able to attend?
This is a live program and full attendance is required in order for you to gain the most from the program. If for some unavoidable reason you cannot attend a session, please notify Sarah in advance. However, missing a session, while sometimes unavoidable, is not ideal and participants are asked to consider their availability carefully before booking.
I’m quite shy and not comfortable speaking in groups. Will this be an issue?
Many participants of the program are naturally shy, introverted or socially anxious. A climate of warmth and respect is created right from the beginning to enable participants to feel safe. It is up to you how much or how little you engage. Generally speaking, participants are encouraged to engage and participate as best as they can.
What is your refund policy?
Once the first session has started, we regret that no refunds will be possible.
There is No Time Like The Present
