✦ Authentic ✦
Know Yourself. Trust Yourself. Go After What You Want.
When You Know Deep Down…
Something Needs to Change.
Do you feel like you’ve lost your mojo?
Maybe you’ve lost some of your confidence, or perhaps you’ve spent years second-guessing yourself and never really felt confident in the first place.
Maybe life looks fine from the outside, but something doesn’t quite feel right on the inside.
You feel stuck. A little stagnant. You know you want something to change, but you’re not quite sure what, or even what you actually want.
Here’s the thing about confidence…
There’s a difference between looking confident and actually feeling confident on the inside.
Confidence isn’t about pretending you have it all together or simply acting “as if”.
Real confidence is built from the inside out.
It comes from knowing yourself, accepting yourself and trusting yourself — and making choices that are aligned with what genuinely matters to you.
That’s the work we’ll do in Authentic.
“As I accept myself more fully, I become more creative, more spontaneous, more innovative, more adventurous, more interested in life.” – Carl Rogers
Introducing
Authentic
Confidence-building is an inside job and it starts with self-connection.
Real confidence isn’t about pretending to have it all together. It’s about knowing yourself, accepting yourself and trusting yourself enough to make choices that feel right for you.
When we’re disconnected from ourselves, it’s easy to lose sight of what we actually want. We can end up living according to other people’s expectations, old beliefs and endless “shoulds”.
Self-connection gives you a different starting point.
Authentic is grounded in the psychology of self-connection — the idea that having a strong relationship with ourselves helps us navigate life with greater clarity, confidence and authenticity.
The Self-Connection model identifies three key elements:

Self-Awareness
Recognising and understanding one’s thoughts, feelings, values and behaviours to gain a clear understanding of oneself.

Self-Acceptance
Embracing and accepting all aspects of oneself, including strengths, weaknesses and imperfections, without judgment.

Taking Courageous and Aligned Action
In Authentic, you’ll move from insight into action. Using greater self-awareness, clarity and self-trust to make decisions and choices that feel right for you, you’ll identify what you really want, set meaningful goals and challenge yourself to do things that may feel uncomfortable or a little scary.
The result? You’ll stop second-guessing yourself and waiting for the “right” time, and start making choices that feel genuinely yours, even when they stretch you.
How it works
This 8-week coaching programme consists of 8 x 2-hour group coaching sessions delivered online over eight consecutive weeks. FAQs
“How long before I start seeing results?”
…and answers to other commonly asked questions:
I've never done group coaching before. What can I expect?
Lots of people on the program are in the same boat as you. After the inevitable nerves that precede the first session, it gets a lot easier- and enjoyable! Group coaching is interactive, semi-structured and dynamic. This is not an information-heavy program, but rather, the emphasis is on embodiment, practice and integration of the practices so that compassionate self-acceptance becomes a habit rather than a concept. You can expect to feel inspired and motivated by being part of such a supportive group of women, many of whom are feeling just like you do. The group is small, warm and collaborative and is the perfect environment to grow into yourself!
I’m wondering what the benefits of group coaching are compared to one-to-one coaching. Which will suit me best?
This particular form of personal development coaching lends itself very well to a group setting and a pre-determined curriculum. This is one of the reasons why the program was created- as a way of addressing common needs efficiently for a wider client group.
In group coaching, there are opportunities to learn, connect and gain personal insights which you would simply not get from a one-to-one context. If you are looking for a very tailored approach to your specific context, then this may not be the best option for you. On the other hand, if you are open to a collaborative learning experience, enjoy meaningful connection with others, are willing to grow individually while supporting each other for a fixed period of time, then this may be a great option for you.
I’m not sure that I will be able to attend all sessions. Will I still be able to attend?
This is a live program and full attendance is required in order for you to gain the most from the program. If for some unavoidable reason you cannot attend a session, please notify Sarah in advance. However, missing a session, while sometimes unavoidable, is not ideal and participants are asked to consider their availability carefully before booking.
I’m quite shy and not comfortable speaking in groups. Will this be an issue?
Many participants of the program are naturally shy, introverted or socially anxious. A climate of warmth and respect is created right from the beginning to enable participants to feel safe. It is up to you how much or how little you engage. Generally speaking, participants are encouraged to engage and participate as best as they can.
What is your refund policy?
Once the first session has started, we regret that no refunds will be possible.
