The Compassion Circle: Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Mini Online Retreat for Women

Reclaim your well-being with our nurturing online mindful self-compassion retreat for women. Immerse yourself in mindful self-compassion practices to replenish your energy and foster resilience in a supportive community of women.
The theme of our February retreat is ‘Loving Kindness for Ourselves’ and involves a variety of meditations and a guided practice from the Mindful Self-Compassion program. This would be ideal for those who are curious about learning about self-compassion or those who have already completed the MSC program.
Whether you are a seasoned meditator or an absolute beginner looking for a little time and space to connect with yourself amid the busyness of life, you are very welcome to attend!
